Terms of Service

By accessing or using GenAIntel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

GenAIntel is a platform that allows users to generate videos using various AI models. We act as an intermediary between users and third-party AI model providers.

Important: The quality and output of generated videos depend entirely on the underlying AI models provided by third parties. We cannot guarantee specific results or quality standards.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload to our platform
• Creating appropriate prompts that comply with our content policy and third-party provider terms
• How you use generated videos outside of our platform
• Any content you create or share using our service
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials

Credit System: Our service operates on a credit-based system. Each AI model generation consumes credits based on the complexity and cost of the underlying AI provider.

Credit Pricing: Credit costs may change at any time based on changes in third-party provider pricing. We reserve the right to adjust credit requirements for AI models to reflect actual costs, though we will always aim to keep them as low as possible.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Temporary Benefit: Welcome credits are a temporary promotional benefit provided by GenAIntel to new users. These credits can be removed at any time at our sole discretion.

Expiration: Welcome credits expire automatically one (1) week after they are granted to your account. After expiration, any unused welcome credits will be automatically deducted from your account.

Abuse Protection: Welcome credits will be immediately removed if we detect any of the following:

• Abuse or misuse of our system or services
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Registration using temporary or disposable email addresses
• Any suspicious activity deemed inappropriate by our system administrators

Administrative Discretion: Our system administrators reserve the right to remove welcome credits immediately without notice if they determine the credits were acquired through suspicious or fraudulent activity.

No Direct Refunds: Due to our reliance on third-party AI providers for video generation, we cannot offer direct refunds for generated content. The costs are passed directly to AI providers and are non-refundable to us.

Technical Issues: In cases where our application or billing system experiences technical errors, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will investigate and resolve billing issues caused by our system promptly.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Ownership: You retain ownership of any images you upload and prompts you create.

Prohibited Content: You may not use our service to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

Public Sharing: When you make content public, you grant others the right to view and share that content.

Free Plan Video Usage: By using our service with the free plan or welcome credits, you agree that any videos generated using these credits may be used by GenAIntel for promotional purposes, including but not limited to display in our main page gallery, social media accounts, marketing materials, and other promotional content. This includes videos generated by the product owner and founder for promotional purposes.

Authentication: User authentication is provided by Clerk. You agree to comply with Clerk's terms of service.

Payment Processing: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service.

AI Model Providers: Video generation is provided by various third-party AI services. Each provider has their own terms and limitations.

GenAIntel acts as a platform connecting users with AI model providers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated videos
• How you use generated content outside of our platform
• Inappropriate use of generated videos on external sites or platforms
• Issues arising from third-party AI model providers or their services
• Any damages resulting from the use of generated content

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. AI model providers may experience outages or limitations that affect our service.

You may delete your account at any time through Clerk's user management system. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
